I began my culinary training at the Natural Gourmet Institute's world renowned holistic chef's training program in NYC. After graduation I relocated to the Omega Institute in beautiful Rhinebeck, NY. I continued my training as a holistic chef providing a gourmet, seasonally inspired menu sourced right there in the Hudson Valley. I began creating food that not only nourished, but healed and maintained vital health. My cooking style is inspired by fresh, local, seasonal flavors for the individual. My own health has shown, first hand, the transformative effects of a whole foods lifestyle. I'm just as comfortable creating macrobiotic cuisine as I am for the omnivore.
